Bizarre encounter at the void deck

On my way home, I met a guy at my void deck. It was a really bizarre encounter.

He asked, "will the police catch you if you take drugs?"

"Can you help me call the police? I took drugs and I want to surrender myself."

I was like, "err... I think you can call the police yourself. You can go to the police station also (pointing somewhere)."

It was so weird!
